Influence: Mary-Kate and Ashley’s hotly anticipated coffee table book has finally been released. Packed with interviews with their favourite members of the fashion fraternity including Christian Louboutin, Diane von Furstenberg and, everyone’s icon, Karl Lagerfeld, the book may be aimed at teenagers but we can’t wait to read it. There’s no UK release date as yet but, thankfully, you can get your hands on a copy through Amazon…

Sarah Palin’s wardrobe: America is up in arms at the news that Sarah Palin has spent a monster $150,000 on new designer clothes over the last month. Don’t they know that every girl needs a Valentino jacket in their wardrobe?

Party stamina: With fashion week only just over, the endless round of glamorous parties in the run-up to Christmas begins. And then, before you know it, it will be fashion week again. Really, to be in the fashion industry you have to be terribly good at late nights. Luckily, we’re all rising to the challenge ( and not just because of the towering heels we’re wearing with the perfect party dress). Bring on the champagne!

Lindsay Lohan’s trousers: Apparently LiLo was reduced to tears on the set of Ugly Betty when America Ferrara pulled her trousers down part of a plot line not on-set bullying) and revealed that she was going commando. Frankly we think it’s time that Lindsay started to protect her modesty with a pair of big knickers to prevent any repeat performances…
