Spanx: And you though all celebs just had a nip here and a gastric band there to make them look so trim. Turns out that the truth is less dramatic - they’re all wearing Spanx. Wily-eyed photgraphers have spotted empty packets in the back of Lily Allen’s car twice this week. If they can make us look that fabulous then we’re dashing out to stock up now…
